B.R.BioCell desktop glass tank bioreactor is rationally designed, precisely manufactured, and powerfully functional. It is specifically used for culture process research, production process optimization, and new process development.

4. Up to 4 culture containers can be used in parallel, and the parameters are displayed on the touch screen at the same time, allowing you to view the real-time parameters of each reactor more intuitively, which is conducive to condition exploration and optimization.
5. Automated control system, real-time monitoring and control of stirring speed, temperature, pH, DO, defoaming, liquid level, feeding, gas mixing, etc. during cell culture, record and store data, and support remote operation.

Ventilation: 4 + 1 gas mixing function, where four gases (Air+O2+N2+CO2) are precisely controlled by rotor flowmeter or mass flowmeter, and the air is inlet from the center of the stirring shaft or the annular microporous distributor; one air pipeline enters from the tank cover, forming a slight positive pressure in the tank head space, which can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles. The air inlet and exhaust port filters are both 0.22um filters

It provides powerful parameter control, with real-time and historical curve analysis functions; friendly human-machine interface, control status is clear at a glance; modular automatic control, strong flexibility, and comprehensive customer support and services.
The entire system uses industrial Ethernet communication and can be remotely monitored by portable devices; it allows you to control cell culture status and handle alarm events anytime and anywhere; three-level password authorization management and maintenance.
